We offer a recruitment that is designed to let players see what TFL is all about and to test dedication.

In many various ways, a TFL may accept you or invite you to join TFL. You may also find us interesting while searching for a solid home . When this happens you must post an application to join TFL on the Recruitment forums. With this you must get Xfire and/or Teamspeak. Once you have posted an application and get welcomed you may wear the [TFL] Tag and you are officially on the Trial.

The Trial is indefinite. During this stage there is an agreement that the player can be told to leave the clan if other members feel he doesnt live up to the clan values or if the recruit loses interest. It also means that the recruit is allowed to leave TFL (with reason ) and there should be no hard feelings either way. The trial period is a time where a recruit should try to play as much with TFLs inorder to get a good feel of the clan. The Trial period ends when the player feels that he IS a TFL and when we say so .

While wearing the TFL tag and representing the TFL name, you shall adhere to the following rules. Failure to do so will result in action taken against you with regards to your future within this clan.

1. Manners - You shall not under any circumstances use extreme bad language, racist taunts or harsh flammatory remarks. This applies ingame and on any relevant chat clients, voice clients or forum boards. TFL is a semi mature clan with members of all ages, we all enjoy a bit of banter but use common sense, you know what is acceptable and what isn't.

2. Professionalism - Respect your fellow comrades and those you play with/against. After all, this is just a game and should be enjoyed. Play to the best of your ability and give as good as you get. Respect in the clan community will get you far but you have to earn it.

3. NEVER quit - Do not leave a game in session without good reason. If you are getting a stuffing by a player(s) who are better than you, learn from it and use it in your next game. Also quitting games harms TFL's reputation and this is unacceptable.

4. Cheating - Anyone caught cheating in any manner will be banned from TFL immediately. If you have to cheat in a game like this then you have no business playing games in the first place. If a complaint is received about a TFL member 'suspected' of cheating then an investigation will be carried out, the member will be suspended from all official clan games while said investigation is under way, this is regardless of innocence or guilt.

5. Command - Currently there is a command structure in place, this consists of a Captain -outright leader- and 2 advisors -assistant leaders in leaders absence-. This is likely to change over the coming months but for the moment Command is for organisational purposes only.

I reserve -for myself and any future Captains- the right to change this rule set to suit unforeseen events and situations.

It may seem a hard and arduous process but we are a proper clan that doesnt recruit loose members or nubs who are "init" for the tag.
